Shilpa Bafna :Shilpa Bafna Shilpa Bafna is a Chartered Accountant specialising in Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA). For over a decade in foreign exchange regulations, she has gained experience in several facets of the Law. Her bandwidth ranges from compliances, appearing before the regulators & the Enforcement Directorate. She is also credited with several webinars and white papers on FEMA.
Guru and Jana :Guru Prasad and Jana Ardhana are partners of the firm of Chartered Accountants, Guru & Jana, in Bangalore, India. Guru is a Chartered Accountant, alumnus of Indian Institute of Management, Banga-lore. He authored “Banter Beyond The Buck”, a philosophical take on the business mind. Guru also authored the book of interviews with corporate leaders, “The God In The Boardroom” and “GST – Where did my profits go?” Jana is a Chartered Accountant who assisted in these efforts.
