Amit Vohra, B. Corn (H) is Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and a Law Graduate. He is an eminent Lecturer in the disciplines like Corporate Laws, Capital Market Laws, Industrial, Labour, General Laws and Economic Laws. He is also a consultant for Corporate Law and Secretarial Matters to a number of reputed companies. He is a visiting faculty member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI). Rachit Dhingra is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and also a law graduate.
